Competition1014 Rules.
The prize for Competition1014 is Chocolate and Champagne with a nominal value of £40.00.
Entrants must provide the entry details as specified.
Open to UK residents over the age of 18, living, working or attending full-time educational facilities in Norfolk and North Suffolk only. Overseas players are not eligible.
Employees of e-norwich.co.uk and any company associated with specific promotion, and their families, are not eligible to enter.
Proof of sending post/email is not proof of our receipt of your entry.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
The closing date is as specified.
Winners will be formally notified within 2 days of closing date. Only the winners will be contacted personally.
Winners will be contacted at the email address they stated when they signed up. If there is no reply within 36 hours of our sending the email then that entry will be void and the draw will be remade.
We cannot be held responsible for our email not arriving or arriving late.
The prize may not be transferred to any other person.
The prize must be collected, if appropriate, within one month of notification.
Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.
No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on request, but in the event of the advertised prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
Winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about e-norwich.co.uk, its business and its personnel received by them as a result of the free prize draw.
No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.
Use of false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.

The prize winners will be selected at random by the judges or by e-norwich.co.uk. Their decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
e-norwich.co.uk will not pass your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding your prize if necessary.
